Anchor Industries
is an internationally operating, privately owned
company based in South Africa, offering sales,
testing and rental of equipment throughout the
lifting, rigging, marine and offshore mooring
divisions to local and international clients.
The company was established in 1994 to satisfy
the marine and offshore mooring equipment demands
around the Southern African coastline and has
fully-fledged offices in Durban, Cape Town and
Johannesburg. With over 8000 m² of warehouse
space between its branches, the organisation employs
a total of 52 staff.
Quality and
reliability form the pillars of Anchor Industries’
philosophy. Equipment and procedures are strictly
controlled through the DNV approved ISO9001:2008
Quality Management System and the organisation
is also a fully accredited member of the South
African Oil and Gas Alliance (SAOGA) and Lifting
Equipment Engineering Association of South Africa
(LEEASA).
Anchor
Industries is the only stockist and supplier of
offshore chains and anchors in Southern Africa.
Manufacturing and stocking a wide variety of products
including anchors, chains, wire and fibre ropes,
shackles, sockets, sling sets and associated fittings.
